Grain Cooling System

Grain cooling equipment operates with environmentally friendly CFC- and HCFC-free refrigerants. Can be used in all ambient conditions (rain, fog, heat, cold) – The right humidity settings each time with the HYGROMAT™ Automatic. Runs quietly thanks to soundproofed fan and compressor. Range of operating modes available with microprocessor controller: Quiet, ventilation mode, normal mode. All operating modes can be set manually or pre-timed fully automatically. Air-conditioning and air-purifying conform to the regulations of the relevant authorities, ensuring that the crane driver enjoys optimal work conditions.

For Container Terminal & Paper Factories

Dynamic Arabia has been producing crane air conditioning devices for container terminals, harbours and paper factories for the cooling of electronics (control cabinet cooling) and the crane cabin for many years. The devices, which have been put to the test world-wide, are available in many installation variations and with various output stages. The series of the cubicle cooler (CC) and the container cooling units (CK) cover a wide range of types.

 


Hay Draying

Increasingly frequent weather changes are forcing companies to provide weather-independent underroof drying.

Drying of meadow, pasture and field fodder with a heat pump is a highly efficient, natural method for conservation. Cut fodder grass is first dried in the sun. Drying with an AGRIFRIGOR™ heat pump then dries the feed homogeneously and in a controlled manner until a desired degree of dryness is reached. This drying procedure generates hay with a controlled, high level of quality. With a good capacity rating of the heat pump, low energy costs and good economic performance can be achieved.

The AGRIFRIGOR™ heat pump, in conjunction with a pressure-stable fan, ensures that the predried fodder grass is dried in a short time, regardless of the weather, and the valuable nutrients are retained. Using this technology, cutting can be performed at the optimal time, reducing disintegration losses to a minimum.

For homogeneous hay, no storage losses are incurred due to reheating or mould. For the farmer, healthy hay means better animal health, increased food consumption and hygiene.

If animals are fed exclusively with fresh pasture fodder, hay and grain, the milk produced is called hay milk. Hay milk is the original form of milk, and it is essential for the production of high-quality dairy products.

For the drying of hops, tea leaves and herbs, the same benefits can be taken advantage of as for hay drying with an AGRIFRIGOR™ heat pump.


Heat treatment

Companies that process and sell foodstuffs, such as mills and bakeries, must work according to an HACCP system – which presents great challenges to such companies.

HACCP stands for “Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points” and is a risk analysis of all stages of the manufacturing process: from the preparation, processing and production to the packing, storage, transport, distribution, handling and sales of foodstuffs, the HACCP system defines all details that are potentially critical for food safety. Accordingly, the company must establish, implement, maintain, monitor and document appropriate safety measures.

In order to maintain these standards, a systematic monitoring and, where necessary, control of pests is required. For this purpose, a technically appropriate and natural pest control method for the containment of beetle populations has proved to be effective in many companies: heat treatment.

Ice makers

The ice machines produce ice slurry, a water or brine-ice mixture that can be pumped. The benefits lie in the fact that the ice crystals carry and can store a high melting energy. Depending on the application ice slurry offers further benefits:

  • When ice slurry is employed in foodstuff production great temperature differences are avoided, thus gently cooling the foods.
  • Peak loads during refrigeration are avoided, because the creation of the energy is distributed over a longer period and the energy can be stored.
  • The special consistency allows for reduced pipe diameters.
